For Immediate Release Colorado vNet Releases Builder v 4.11 – Adding custom screen templates, video matrix support, and Channel Vision compatibility – LOVELAND, CO, November 14, 2011 — Colorado vNet, a leading developer of whole-house control solutions, is announcing the latest release of vNet Builder. The 4.11 release adds a long awaited feature, custom screen templates, as well as video matrix hardware support and compatibility with Channel Vision CCTV cameras. The custom GUI screen templates feature gives integrators more functionality and flexibility. Available for Colorado vNet touchscreens – models CA1-70, TS1-4/50, and TS1-7/70 – custom templates give installers in the field more control over specific screen layouts to address the needs and wants of customers, including control over fonts and buttons. This version of vNet Builder will ship with eight new layouts, including two designed for the holiday season. More layouts and designs will be released in the upcoming months based on customer feedback.
This release also adds additional integration capabilities for Colorado vNet systems. Customers can now control certain video matrix switches from Russound and Audio Authority. Support for Channel Vision CCTV cameras, models 6521 and 6522 as well as W1001 video web servers, has also been built-in.
