In October 2009, the assets of Colorado vNet were acquired by Russound, the #1 brand in multi-room audio, and a new company called Colorado vNet Corp was formed.  The acquisition brought much-needed resources and business experience to the brand, and an increased focus on quality and reliability. Colorado vNet Corp. is a Russound company with operations headquartered in  Newmarket, NH and a campus in Loveland, CO.
