Audio Encoder

The Vibe Audio Encoder makes integrating off-the-shelf audio gear with a Vibe distributed audio system a breeze. Simply connect an audio source to the AN1-1 Audio Encoder, and it does the rest: capturing and converting audio signals to digital IP (Internet Protocol), then distributing them onto your Vibe Audio System. Supported audio inputs include: line-level analog, digital COAX and TOSLINK.

By digitizing the audio signal, interference from external sources is eliminated without signal loss, allowing for longer runs between a source and the amplifier. Once the audio signal has been converted to IP and sent out over standard CAT-5e cabling, it can be listened to from any Color Touchscreen Amplifier in the house. Use the IR Out to control nearly any consumer audio source. Build up your Vibe Audio System by adding as many Audio Encoders and audio sources as you need.
